Since 2018, SIJIA has actively responded to the government's East-West poverty alleviation work plan, participated in the pairing assistance activities for poor villages in Weiyuan County, Gansu Province for many years and signed twinning support agreements. Every year, SIJIA donate 100,000 yuan for infrastructure construction, industrial development, talent collaboration, etc. This year, SIJIA donated 200,000 yuan to them, and donated more than 200,000 yuan for local villagers' clothing to help alleviate poverty and improve the development of the region.

In March, under the organization of the Jin’an District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, Sijia accepted some migrant workers from poor counties in Weiyuan to provide them with jobs, special training and job-related knowledge and skills. At present, most employees are able to adapt well to work.
